WAREHOUSE AT FOODBAR PETALO IN SYMI

The all-day Seaside Foodbar Petalo which is located at the west side of the port of Symi, on Daniel coast, first opened in June 2017.

Since then and for the next 2 summers, the Warehouse team was there in order to undertake a demanding and interesting project.

In the summer of 2019, Warehouse has taken over the design and implementation of the Petalo menu, as well as the venue’s operation.

Vassilis Geogleris created the food menu, Wisecup Coffee Roasters and George Loukas were in charge of the coffee menu and George Kanopoulos was responsible for the wine list, cocktails and operations. As part of our consulting, we also trained the restaurant staff in service, food & wine pairing and supplies management.

Petalo is located at one of the most charming spots of Symi’s harbor, where you can enjoy a swim in the sea while eating, drinking speciality coffee, enjoying wine and cocktails and having the best view, the sunset and the colorful architecture of Gialos.
