It was a great pleasure to welcome our beloved Hebe Wines of Manolis Leonardos, firstly because is one of the first wine companies we collaborated with at the beginning of Warehouse and at the same time because the tasting was about an excellent wine, as it has been distinguished worldwide by James Suckling MW as the best New World white wine under 30 euros for 2016 with a score of 98/100, as well as for 2017.

The number of the participants was extremely limited, but we believe that our guests enjoyed every moment of this wine tasting.

Some details about the winery:

Aleanna winery is created by Alejandro Vigil (first a geologist and then a chief winemaker of Bodega Catena Zapata since 2002) and Adrianna Catena (Nicolás Catena Zapata daughter is a historian of art). Alejandro Vigil has been chosen as the best winemaker in Argentina several times and he is undoubtedly one of the most influential in this field.

The El Enemigo wines have quality characteristics of “terroir” wines with an emphasis on the Gualtallary zone (altitude of 1450m), the highest zone of Mendoza and the only one with limestone soils.
