The Christmas 2017 outdoor gastronomy festival took place at Kotzia square and Warehouse was there

At the 3rd Athens Food Market – Xmas edition Dec 21st to Dec 31st, the Warehouse team participated serving new and old recipes, speciality coffee by Wisecup Coffee Roasters, our favorite wines from our cellar, hot gluwhein, holiday mood, smiles and wishes from the heart! Cretan pasta with smoked pancetta, brioche with porchetta and coleslaw, gnocchi with cheese cream and steak picanha sandwich are some of the menu options hosted by our festival canteen.

On Saturday December 23rd at the Food Market cooking seminars our chef Vassilis Geogleris with Warehouse’s co-owner and head sommelier Giorgos Kanopoulos gave a cooking and wine pairing seminar called “Breakfast, lunch, wine, somewhere in between”. The recipes included dishes for all times of the day with the suitable wines for a great taste pairing. The audience participated with excitement and bombarded us with questions about Warehouse, the food recipes and the secrets of smart wine pairing at home!
